Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours by 1st Class Royal Mail. Our delivery costs and options are listed on the checkout page and are subject to change.
Please note that items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-3 working days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. Foodi will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office.
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. In all cases the items returned must be original condition complete with any tags and correspondence. All returns will be inspected upon receipt by ourselves, if we deem any of the items returned to not be in a re-saleable condition your refund will not be processed and you will be contacted. Foodi will not be responsible for refunding any original postage costs, nor any postage costs incurred when returning items, unless we are at fault for anything throughout the order process.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery). This insures your items for the cost of being returned to us. In the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
